About Us
Madame Mei is a contemporary Vietnamese Brasserie shaped around Indochine–French culinary heritage. The focus is on clean execution of classic Vietnamese flavors presented in a modern, precise format: pho, green papaya, prawns, banh mi, and other signature dishes — all built on fresh ingredients and straightforward taste.
The interior is rooted in 50s–70s modernism. Warm wood, calm tones, and clear lines. Most furniture and details were custom-designed for the space, inspired by brutalist and constructivist design periods. The environment is structured for comfort, efficient service flow, and a strong visual identity.
Behind the project is The Catch Family — a creative restaurant group with international experience. We develop destinations built on atmosphere, consistency, and a defined brand language. Madame Mei is one of those projects: focused, crafted, and built to last.
